Finally made it to the gym this weekend. Took a few days off after Hell Week at Orangetheory. My triceps and hamstrings were still a little sore, but I was able to get my usual distance in with swimming. I also finally weighed myself, as I always use the same scale at the gym. I knew 114 was low, as 116 is my usual maintenance weight. So, still maintaining!
