At this point I am just going to follow the guidelines for how often to run because I am really enjoying pushing myself and feeling the increase of energy!

Did 40 minutes yesterday, but the run was cut short by thunderstorms. I must say, running in the rain is quite fun! My pace was 9 minutes 5 seconds per mile and I was able to run 4.35 miles. Because I am not the least bit sore and I wasn't able to run as much as I wanted to yesterday I will not be resting today but going for another run- but I may keep this one a tad shorter than an hour just to make sure I don't push myself too far.

Stupid scale doesn't appear to be moving (at all) so I am going to buy a digital just in case our analog is being goofy. Besides- it would be nice to have a more accurate reading.

107.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
