Right back to where I started. SoB..

Of course my dear doggie felt I should get up at 4:30 AM instead of the Sunday normal of 8:30 AM. He's already back sleeping and here I sit 1.4 lbs. heavier. *&$#%&&(*( (*^%^$%&!
215.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
