Weight has gone up - ooof. Added creatine mono supplementation and it looks like i am up, while not quite the immediate 2 - 4 pounds, almost, 1.5Lbs. Let's hope I can counter the added water and muscle gain by losing inches and belly fat(which I am - down to 35 1/4 belly, yay!). Knew it would happen, but was hoping not. :) Have to be more vigilant about what I eat now.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
