I went on vacation that was all about hiking and even some climbing so I felt I had a great workout but it wasn't the wii. I did drink some coffee but had my water intake (very proud). I did fairly good ont he eating all until the last day I ate Arby's Roast beef but stayed far far away from fries. I am determined to get back into my routine for the remaining of the challenges! Woohoo!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
