Great to be back at the gym. Having trouble sleeping at night though, and I think my metabolism is revved up or something because honestly, only getting three or four hours of sleep the last few nights - yet still feel fine.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
