Three days of concerted exercise and whoosh I have finished October with a flourish and lost a total of 2.3kg. Today I weigh 12 stone and half a pound, that's 4-1/2 stone lost in nine months! My belly is now flat and my waist line is a full inch smaller than last month as the final bit of fat has gone from my middle. My BMI is now 24.6 and the the NHS website calculator states that I am now a healthy weight, I am overjoyed as that was my initial goal when I started this diet.


Going forward I plan to maintain the impetus I have with exercise and join a gym so I can swap that final bit of fat hiding in my body into more muscle. Hopefully then I can become a little more competitive with my running?

Thanks all - I have definitely celebrated today - First I ran 10K under an hour (first time ever) then drank a whole bottle of red wine plus ate loads of nuts - Sometimes it just needs to be done. If I weigh in tomorrow badly I won't be telling you

that's amazing. I wish my sergey would take a leaf from your book. he's currently at 103k but needs to be around 75 too. grown a belly in the meantime. not good. I can't nag the bloke. you have to really want to get fit and healthy. mmmmmm. ... maybe one day he'll do fatsecret with us all!!!😐
