Well, I was a little disappointed that I didnt see any weight loss yesterday but when i weighed in today, i lost enough to keep me happy! i started my diet/exercise routine a couple of days before i started to log the info on here.. i was 191.6 and today i weighed in at 186.6 so that's 5 lbs. in 6 days! :)
