Week 2

And the results are in... and I'm down one pound.
I hadn't expected to lose much weight this week after going out for dinner twice. (Why do people have to have birthdays!)
I'm just kinda relieved I didn't put anything on.
Next week, we're gonna be back on full speed!

147.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
