So 1 bad eating night turned into 3 nights of bad eating. I bought some food I shouldn't have on Tuesday and now it's all gone. I wish I could say I threw it out but I ate it all. Actually, the food is not so bad in the right proportions. It's just that I can't stop. Especially with this stress and my period.
I guess I should try and just learn what I can from this. Like I shouldn't buy certain foods or if I do then immediately through/give away the rest. I'm just so worried I won't get back on track eating wise. I really want this and I'm afraid that it won't happen. It's really hard without all of the support I would like as well. My manager, who I talk to, thinks I'm working out too much and thinks I'm ridiculous for feeling guilty for eating what I have. My new friends are just disappointed I'm not really drinking or like last Tuesday after our art meeting I decided to go to they gym instead of having a beer. So not only am I not getting support but I'm getting pressure to go in the opposite direction. HELP!

Has anyone been through this? What did you do? Any suggestions?

Hi, I had the same problem going last night, may I suggest rum or vodka they have around 82 calories, A 12 oz. beer has 150 calories and a 5 oz. glass of wine has 100 calories. (light beers don't go under 95 calories)For a low-cal mixed drink you could try a Rum and Diet Coke or mix the vodka with club soda. And stay away from peanuts, chips and bar "junk food" (this is probably the toughest part....good luck !!!

Man, I have the same problem. the beers were tasting soooo good, after two weeks of dieting hard. My problem is I drink mixed drinks too fast... it's weird.

You have to know what the best alcohol or drinks are for the diet youre on and also for your body. You should have none for 14 days, its only 14 days. Then red wine is ok in moderation. Now I have gotten to the point where I can have wine a few nights a week and it does not effect my weight, but I had to get to this point by being the one saying, Not tonight, but you go ahead." you can still go out and just have a diet ginger ale. You dont have to be a party pooper. In fact, I dont think anyone really noticed that I was drinking when I started SB. More for them anyway! Now I get comments from my friends all the time that they wish they had my willpower. Its easy now and they think I'm some strong person. Hang in there, get through the 14 days without and it will be SO worth it and so much easier. You're on this born to be wild challenge and what better time to start out fresh! you'll have TONS of support and tons of new friends who understand what you're going though. Best wishes!
