Still the same weight today.
OTF Helk Week "Thigh day the 13th" trainer said this is harder than Burpee day and was.
Uphill run 13% for .13 miles 6 times
Base:5 push:6 and ended at 7.

Did karate for 1 hour still have 75 push ups to do. I am sore today.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
