once again im going to do this!!! im completely disabled due to my size🤐 i must fix this!!! i may never become whole again but if im not this heavy i just might be able to at least feel better!!!😆🤗😅😊😉🙄

I hear you - just be consistent in the little things: log what goes in your mouth, for starters. It was tedious for me and it was a bit before I could even do exercises. Be patient with yourself. We're here for you.
