So, what did I say? "Someone catch me before I get cocky and gain the weight back"? Well, I know it's only 4 1/2 pounds, but it's not water weight, it's not muscle I put on, this is just plain old fat I've gained back. So, how did this happen? Easy answer. 1) I stopped hand writing my foods. 2) I decided to add in one dinner out a week, but that quickly turned into twice a week. 3) Since I didn't have my journal in front of me, it was easy to lose track of my points and go over. Luckily I weigh myself weekly. My immediate goal is to drop back to basics and get back to my goal weight.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It doesn't take long to gain it back..just have to get back into the swing of things again...:O)

Thanks! I've done just that and I feel so much better about myself. It's so much easier to stick to solid basics for a few pounds than it was for the 30 I'd lost. I'm down to 134, which is almost where I was. Phew! I'm writing it all down now, for sure!
