Ok, back on track! I've been keeping active, walking, went swimming yesterday, ate better (but have had a bit extra chocolate, but in moderation). I'm cruising now, I want to get under the 180 mark, but I have to start up at the gym soon, i'm losing weight but have to start keeping up with the toning part. Some different exercising should tighten me up, I don't want to be all "hangy" and i'm noticing that starting.
BUT! Happy thoughts! I fit into a size 14 pair of jeans! Thats a drastic change for me as I haven't worn a size 14/15 since college, I was in a size 18/20 when I started this journey! yeay me! lol. Small steps... baby steps....
185.0 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
