It's the summer. I am active outside and always on the go, so I find as long as I be careful what I eat and just keep playing outside, i'm doing ok and not gaining. I will be doing the gym again in the fall and get back on track then, but for now i'll enjoy the outdoor gym we have. And i'm going to enjoy an ice cream now and then darnit! lol

Haven't been following any strict diets or eating very healthy everyday. Ice cream is my enemy lately. Gotta get back on track...

Well I haven't lost or gained, but I've been going to the gym for almost 2 weeks now. I do a hard hour of cardio 3-4 times/week, and i've kept pretty well on track with good eating habits. I find I can't help but shovel chocolate down my throat though this time of month... Anyone ladies have that similar problem or know how to curb that? Either muscle is building or i'm just going to plateau for a bit now? Hopefully I see lbs disappearing again soon though

Ok, back on track! I've been keeping active, walking, went swimming yesterday, ate better (but have had a bit extra chocolate, but in moderation). I'm cruising now, I want to get under the 180 mark, but I have to start up at the gym soon, i'm losing weight but have to start keeping up with the toning part. Some different exercising should tighten me up, I don't want to be all "hangy" and i'm noticing that starting.
BUT! Happy thoughts! I fit into a size 14 pair of jeans! Thats a drastic change for me as I haven't worn a size 14/15 since college, I was in a size 18/20 when I started this journey! yeay me! lol. Small steps... baby steps....

I admit. I didn't do very well the past week and a bit. I've slipped a little and allowed myself to drink one night and have a bit of bad food a few other days. I have to get back on track or i'll start going backwards.
Nice thing though, last night I went on a date from an online dating site, and he called me petite.. i've NEVER been called that! He said I look a lot smaller than what my pictures and his thoughts were. That should kick my motivation back on track lol.
