Not sure how I gained a pound. I'll check again tomorrow.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
There might be weeks of overeating where you lose, and weeks where you do everything right and gain. It could be sodium, sore muscles from exercise, medications, hormones (if your a women), stress, etc. Just keep going and it will work out in the end.
