Day 5...really not so bad.

Hunger Cravings: Non-existent!

Emotions: Spiky--pretty touchy and crabby still a little....but part of the day I'm in really good spirits, as well.

Will-Power: Exceptional!! A+++

1,200 Or Less Calories Goal: Accomplished every single day this week!


Overall, I'm very proud of myself. NOTE TO SELF: Great job...you're doing really well...let's just keep this up!
