Today I felt sick all day, bad allergy day, out shopping,etc. I didn't eat a lot but wound up eating out and then I felt even worse. I am not even going to log my food today, it isn't worth it. I need to nail down a diet that I am going to follow and try to stick with it. I have been reading a lot about Plant Based and Paleo and think I can find something in between, they both seem so sever. Anyone on either of these? Comments? Suggestions?
