Here I am again. One of these days I will get this right. Had a lot of stuff going on last 2 months & really was not able to eat the right way because of dental surgery. I really want to stick with this & lose the rest of what is left ( less than 100lbs to go). Decided to walk as much as possible regardless of pain level.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
