Great weekend... did a good job of tracking my meals and then setting my next meal for the appropriate number of hours. This is key... it is important to allow your body to digest and to utilize the fuel that you are giving it. It only makes sense... you would never buy more gas than you need; so do not eat more food than you need. I am down 5.4 pounds in less than a week. This strategy works.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
