Well if your going down in sizes, then you getting somewhere. If the weight isn't coming off like you want, you need to go back and examine your food intake. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose weight? You may need to play around with them to see what helps you. Are you drinking water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium? Are you tracking all your food honestly? All the bites, licks and tastes add up. Studies also show when we don't track, we tend to eat 30% more than we think we do. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods tend to help us lose better than any other food groups and keep us satiated longer. Processed foods digest quickly and we become hungry sooner wanting to eat more. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Are you getting in some exercise? Exercise can be very important to weight loss an it's especially important to help us keep it off. If you are able and don't start. If you do, then good job. Consistency is also key with weight loss. Going on and off the diet constantly will result in staying the same few pounds. If you going down in sizes, your losing fat, so that's a great thing. But go through and see what your doing and see what you can change to help the scale along. Also do some research online to see what kind of foods help with weight loss. Good luck!
