Walking all over SUNY Purchase and NYU and the city Friday seems to have helped me get back on track. Plus did more walking yesterday, visiting St. rose and then mowing. Now to just keep moving downward. So far today I've only had two eggs and a little Munster cheese, so that should be good calorie wise. Heading out to do more mowing, the shopping, so more walking as well.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week
