Ok been getting back on track over the last few days, adn feeling great. I was on track for a while in November, but then went away and fell off. :( Then went away for holidays for almost a month, which also hindered progress. But eatting well, working out at least an hour a day, and taking my vitamins. Kinda following You on a Diet, but not too strick. Actually having a Slim Fast shake for breakfast and lunch, a fruit or veggie snack and a healthy dinner. REALLY REALLY want to stick to this. Cant actually weigh in right now as the scale at the gym is missing, but will as soon as it returns!
