Made it to they gym today. 10 mins warm up on treadmill, chest and tri today. Then 25 minutes on the bike. A few minutes in the steam room, a qwuick shower, picked up the kids from babysitting and that was that.
Babysitting is booked tomorrow for 9:30 am - my earliest yet with 2 kids! We'll see how that goes.
I started the day off with a slimfast shake. Had a fruit source bar after gym. Went to Harveys for lunch with mom, yikes! Shared the kids meal with my son. For dinner I made a chicken fajita, then (gasps) I made a banana cake. My Mom does not come over often and I love to treat her when she comes. Going to have to give away the rest of that cake tomorrow!!!
Have a roast out for dinner tomorrow

So I gained 22 lbs while pregnant. My DD is now 10 weeks old and I havebeen happy to be back at the gym. I have lost all my pregnancy weight and now just have to struglle with that same 20 plus lbs.
I find it hard to get myself to the gym sometimes as my energy can be so low with limited sleep. And the gym is what really keeps my eatting habits straight.....

I may have lost a few pounds, but it has had to be one of the worst possible ways. I am now 8 weeks pregnant, and I have been very sick. I have not been eatting well, as what I can eat (without getting sick) is quite limited to things like pasta. I actually thought I would have gained weight.
So it would seem I wont "dieting" this year anyways.
I wish everyone the best of luck on their weight loss adventures...
