Bumped up step goal to 15k for the week. Diet was a bit off and weight fluctuated a lot during the week but come Monday mowning it's usualay down a few pounds from the previous week. I had a stomach bug last night though and not sure if my breakfast digested properry but dinner definitely didn't stay down so haven't really eaten much since 11am Sunday. I've been in bed pretty much all day today and not quite feeling like enough streNoth yet to be active but damn it's making me mad I'm not getting even 10k steps in today. But a day of recovery is needed once in a while.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
