I'm such an A$$! I was down to 143 and now I'm right back to where I started. It's as though I sabotage myself...Well, I'm startin over tomorrow and hope to looses down to 125lbs. I'm 5-6 so it's a healthy weight range for me. I need your motivation and help guys!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hear you! It takes so long to get off and goes on so quickly. It is frustrating!! I also got down to 144 this summer on WW, but had a hard time sticking with it. After the holidays, I was suddenly 156. It stinks b/c it's so hard to lose it. I have been doing the Abs diet for just over 2 weeks now and am back at working out. I am feeling good and strong now! I would love to get into the 130's but I just don't think it is realistic anymore after having 3 kids- so I have 140 as my goal for now. Good luck!

One more thing I forgot to say- I feel like I sabotage myself all the time. At least I did in the past...I feel like I am pretty motiviated this time!

Sometimes it takes a little while to start dieting. I think it took me about a year this time around. Stay with it and you will surely get there.
