I started Intermittent Fasting yesterday, one day after finishing the 1234 diet drops protocol. I was supposed to slowly get back into eating normal foods, but I was just missing pizza so much, that I just said what the hell, let's eat normally, today (I didn't abuse the pizza or anything else that I ate, but definitely didn't follow through with phase 3 of the 1234 diet). I can't believe how much this IF actually works, I lost 100g, but I was positive that I was actually going to put on weight. I'm so happy! I'll let you guys know how it keeps going. :D
140.7 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
