Wt down one pound and blood sugar 116. No problem with hypoglycemia last night because I ate only broccoli and lean meat. It's the carbs that cause the trouble.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
