Struggling
Feel awful
Hip still sore from steroid injection on Thursday
Increased my antinflammatory meds
So they've made my acid reflux so bad that I was awake at 3am again today, coughing as the stomach acid was burning my throats and the back of my mouth

Probably not helped by a sneaky gin and tonic watching the boxing last nite😉😉😊

My nephews 6th birthday party this afternoon

My sisinlaw is Asian vegetarian.. as her family are all going, they will all have brought food
E.g. Rice/naan/potato curry

At a push, there may be some vegetarian pizzas ( my brother, sister and daughter are also veggie)

So there will be very. Little chance of low carb and working out nutrition info accurately.


So I'll just st have to do aswell as I can, take the antacids and start recording accurately again tomorrow 😁😁

Looking forward to the excitement of a 6 yr old ( and his one year old sister) opening presents 😁😁😁😁. Can't wait 😁😁

Sorry you feel so bad, Poppy. At least you're still here recording your food and doing your best. I think you'll be much better as losing weight when you're not in so much pain. Enjoy the birthday party. I would love all the vegetarian Asian food 😋
