Today (14/9/12) I totally screwed up my 30 spring slim down challenge, instead of avoiding all starchy carbs i.e. bread, pasta, flour, sugar etc....i ate 5 choc honeycomb squares and 2 tim-tams and 2 slices of this orange cake sponge :(((((( feeeeeel sooo annoyed at myself now. Done more ab exercises than normal and plan on an early morning jog/run before work tomo to try make up for it but i know if i done the same without eating that crap id be way better off. Future note to self:DO NOT GO OFF TRACK!!!!!
