feeling excellent post-fast (24 hrs)!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great. I was reading about that on Mark's site about a week ago. Gonna try it once I'm fully in to it. Have you tried the other version, the skip a meal a day one?
