whole food plant based...little SOS....no OIL (of any kind) ...eat until full....easy and healthy.......Extra ground flax or flax milk or a algae capsule for Omega 3's and a b-12....works very well
185.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
