I need to quit letting stress get to me and then I just eat, because I feel like I need to. I need to stay strong and get this weight off.

I do the same thing. Try to break the habit by replacing it. I find that the more active I am ... the less I eat. Working out or an activity keeps your brain busy and i find that I don't feel the need to snack. Also you will feel proud of yourself and not want to mess it up! LOL Even if you can't do heavy exercise, try filling your time with busy work or something. I know that when I am bored, I eat. Emotions also cause me to eat. I journal. By the time I have written it all out....I usually don't feel the desire to eat.
