Fs app keeps timing out and won't let me add my dinner of BBQ pork chops and green beans last nite

Managed 18 hours fast yesterday

Aiming for 20 hours today, then an extended fast to crack on with losing this weight😁

Gp this morning, probably have another week off as steroid injections on Thursday
( so need to be fasting by then to counteract the steroids a bit)

Then hopefully I can get back to walking/ exercise bike/ swimming... we live opposite a wood and I'm missing my autumn walks marvelling at the changing scenery and colours!
