I think this diet will be better for me and give me more options in my daily food selections. I am in such a rut! I only get dressed once a week and that is the only day I ever leave the house. I am a new stay at home mom and I am having a hard time with everything. I am use to working and meeting new people and having tons of friends around. We moved to our new house and I don't know a single person within 6 hours! I try to stay busy with the new baby and keeping the house together but it seems latley that I just sit around. I hate the way I feel about myself! I don't like to get dressed because I hate the way I look in my clothes. It is getting so bad that I only take a shower once or twice a week. That is so nasty!!! I need to turn this around, I see myself just getting worse and worse! I WILL TURN THIS AROUND!

You can do it! My situation is different but I was suffering with some bad depression last summer and stopped taking care of myself the way I should. One day, I cleaned the my house until it was sparkling and I felt so much better and positive things started happening. It's still hard to get the internal motivation going and not just sit around on days off work, but I've been getting better, and if I can do it, you can too!

I know how tough the change of pace in life is, grateful as I am for bundle of joy ( I became a new sahm 1yr ago). I have 37lb to go before I reach mu goal weight and am hoping that this site will provide the motivation and support that I need. Hope it will for you too. Take care.
