Well I am 292 lbs today starting out at-least it was a loss of 3 lbs. I am glad for that LOL :). Had homemade spaghetti yesterday for lunch and ate too much LOL.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
