I started this diet at the first of the year. I was over 170. I haven't lost any more weight since I started posting on this forum. I am holding at 160.

I see you are journaling - it's a big plus - there are plateaus on diets - I'm definitely not on one now, the weight has been melting off the past two weeks but this is an excellent diet if you keep a carb count low and don't overeat... good luck...

Start journaling your food. It really helps. Some of us (like me) really have to count the carbs, not just eat "low-carb". It makes a huge difference. Good luck. If you want to send me a sample day's menu for 3 days I can give you some suggestions.
