Day 4...Weekend approaching...will have to get my mind right...always difficult on weekends when every one else is in eat what they like mode...but i will persevere...focus!
313.9 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 93.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
