Boy did I ever screw up this weekend. Hubby didn't tell me her had plans so I went from light breakfast Saturday to eating until after five pm because we were on the road...so I way over ate when we get to dinner because I was so hungery. Than yesterday...God I don't even want to think about it. He let me sleep in, but than no time for breakfast...at a show I grab the only thing I could find...maple candy. Than it was a fried dinner at the Weathervane on the way home, at this point I'd of ate anything. Than the hubby stoped and bought ice cream...no way could I stay out of it...sware to you I could hear it calling me. Oh well that's behind me, and to day is a new day. I am back on track, and back in control.

Wow! So much for Pizza Hut having a light lunch. Salad is good for you, and I bring my own dressing stick to the greens, but their bread sticks are a killer. You'd think I'd know this stuff after all these years, but still get surprized from time to time.

I had a great walk today...I love the cold weather...wish it would last and last and last.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
