meh...

Well I see by the calendar and the weather change that eaqting season will soon be here. Starting with Halloween and basically going to Easter, just when the days are shortest and coldest expect to have food shoved at you (notice how it's pastries in particular (cookies, pies, etc..)?

So it's get up, go to work in the dark, come home in the dark and in between stay in a confined space staring at a computer while 'Holiday treats' are shot at you like mortar rounds from the enemy trenches....oh,ya...can hardly wait.

(BTW that was an attempt a sarcastic humor, more at myself because it's always that way, not them because I know their just being in the 'holiday spirit')

knee swelling is drastically reduced, I think I have nearly full extension, bend is still painful beyond a certain point, have been doing a lot of walking and start outpatient therapy next week, twice a week for 4 weeks.

without the constant pain, now it's just ache of being out of condition, I find myself sleeping better of course the cooler weather helps too, but if they can get the wild fires out all the better!

California is famous for them this time of year, even though there aren't that many where I am and they're up in the hills/sierras the smoke rolls down hill into the valley where I am and it makes it irritating (try waking up in the middle of the night with headaches). It will pass.

Shifted out of 'fat jeans' into 'slim jeans' (yah, only a size different but I kept one pair as my 'scolding pants' to guilt myself when ever I have to resort to going back into them.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
