I started with the 1234 Diet drops on the 19th weighing 67.7Kg, today is the 23rd and I'm at 66.1Kg. I've eaten well and if I get hungry I grab fruit or crackers, so I haven't been getting anxious or anything. So far, so good, I'll check in in a few days with my process.
