LET'S SEE HOW THIS THiNG WORKS WITH SOME FIBER ADDED. Probably be even more strict the rest of the day.
LATER: I think I enjoyed the food a little more with a couple pieces of low-carb bread & later half a low-carb tortilla. Ate less calories than usual.
UPDATE: New Low-Carb Breads I got in the mail today are AWESOME! One is just like a tortilla. Lord, it has sucked to have to peel off & throw away tortillas for more than 4 months! I'll put some more details down soon. But it was more filling to have "bread", even though mostly fiber (and maybe sawdust), than gnawing on chunks of meat as I have for months.
UPDATE to UPDATE: Some more Carbquik arrived in the post. Going to try another Carbquik experiment, Avocado-Cheddar-Carbquik scone/biscuits with some real butter. They only have margarine in the kitchen. When I am feeling strong, I may attempt BACON-CHEDDAR-AVOCADO-CARBQUIK SCONES. Maybe a very small batch.
