Finally realized I can't do this if I never actually record anything, or watch what I eat!!! I am so-o sick of being this heavy, seems I should've been happy when I was 180! Seems like such a longtime ago!! But I've met someone I'm very serious about, I want to look & feel good!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 63.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
