Very frusterated! Following all the rules and still gaining weight. Went to Dr this morning for blood test to see if something is wrong????
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how frustrating it can be. I took a peek at your food journal, your fat intake is really high, maybe if you could keep that under 40 a day or even 35. Keep really good track of all the food you eat then see where maybe you are getting your calories (like mainly from fat) It's a learning process for what works. Good luck on your journey.

If the doctor can't find anything wrong, then you may need to keep changing things till you find what works. You may need to lower your caloric intake till you find your losing point. Are you eating too many processed foods (they contain a lot of sodium)? Try a week of eating mostly natural foods (lot's of lean protein, fruits, and veggies). Are you drinking water to help flush out sodium? Are you exercising? Exercise can play an important role (if you can) to help with weight loss and losing fat, and firming up. Good luck!
