It's finally happened. After losing for 6 weeks straight, I've gained 1.6 pounds. :( I know it's because of my TOM, but it's still frustrating.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its always discouraging when you gain weight.. any time, just remember its only one week and youve been doing great!!

Between abdominal bloating, water retention, slight swelling of breasts--It'd be surprising if your weight wasn't a bit higher right now!- You've done so well with your diet so far; be proud! More than likely you didn't gain any actual fat. Chin up, girlie! ;) Maybe weigh yourself after a few days and see if it's gone back down yet?

Don't be down; turn that frown upside-down!! :) You may not even want to weigh during Aunt Flo time - or do it and then be amazed the week after!

Don't let a little set back get you down. You are really committed to your health so this blip on the radar will not matter in the big picture. You'll make it through this! Stay positive!
