I did so great all week and I'm pretty much back down. I'm feeling great and ready to take on the world...but not today. It's Sunday and that's my rest day :)
166.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
