very hard to concentrate at the moment - with all of the budget cuts and what is going on in Fed gov. - But I know that my source is Him that delivers me so let me concentrate on this.

164.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb. Still to go: 29.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.
