I've lost another 2 pounds before my next weigh-in day. I'm not sure what I'm doing different but it's working. I think it's that I'm exercising more, almost every day. Whatever it is, I love it....
247.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
