Temparary Liquid diet (White coffee only with Semi-Skimed & Skimmed Milk + water + vitamin C ) until tomorrow lunch time. - started yesterday afternoon 3:30PM so this is only for 48hr mad diet for my red dress.

14/Apr target is 51.5kg : not permanet just for tomorrow.
115.1 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
