Okay, I believe I lost a 1lb this week! The best news of all... I am wearing a shirt I haven't worn in a year and a half!!!
Next week will complete my first month of P90X. I have seen some good results. Really saw the most results in the first 2 weeks. This week has been more of a struggle, almost like my muscles are just tired of flexing and are ready for a break.
The interesting part of this life long experiment vs high blood pressure is I'm about to bring back the running into my workout.
Diet... very good week on diet. I had a very clean diet with the only exceptions being a breakfast sandwich (nasty), 3 slices of pizza and I mixed drink, so far. Everything else was low carb high protein.
